Yes, we offer Leaf Blowing as an addon with our Power Rake Service, we charge based on the time it takes to blow and any extra raking $17+GST/man/10 min.
If you require a standalone Leaf Cleanup the same pricing applies in the spring, otherwise rates are usually lower for Fall Leaf Cleanups.

We recommend marking sprinkler heads located in the lawn to prevent damaging them with the Aerator or Power Rake. If the sprinklers are all located around the sides of the lawn we can also just stay back from the sides to prevent hitting the heads, this is a bit more risky and also leaves the perimeter of the lawn un-serviced, but is obviously easier than marking the heads.
Irrigation Companies can mark the heads when they come to service the sprinkler system in the spring. Otherwise a homeowner can often mark their heads by simply turning on the system and locating the heads.
We recommend using colored irrigation flags. Available at your local hardware store:

Our Power Raking service includes removal of all grass debris! We haul it all away on our truck! Grass is disposed of at a local compost facility.
When Mowing we usually utilize the Strathcona County compost bins (green bins). However, on request we can also haul the grass clippings away.

No. However, if you are also getting our Power Rake service, we Aerate first and then Power Rake after which helps break up the cores and cleans up the lawn nicely following a Core Aeration.

Typically we don't need to visit the property, we use Google Earth to establish the square footage of your lawn (or for Snow Removal you driveway/sidewalks). Overgrown and Extra Messy Lawns may result in extra charges based on our discretion.

In Sherwood Park the mowing season typically starts in mid-May and may continue thru mid-October for a total of 4.5-5 months of mowing, however each year can be slightly different based on the weather.

Our Snow Removal Service is flexible and allows you to choose your own start and end dates for Snow Removal. Snow Removal Services are available from Oct. 1st thru Apr. 30th each year.
