We offer Weekly and Bi-Weekly mowing service from mid May to mid October. Most customers choose to go weekly and then switch to Bi-Weekly later in the season when the grass slows down.

Core Aeration
Core Aeration
We use a Core Aerator to pull hundreds of cores out of your lawn (up to three inches in depth). You will need to mark any underground sprinkler heads before we can aerate. Core Aeration will allow important nutrients into your top soil to help your grass grow and block out weeds. Aerating annually will prevent the soil from becoming compacted and infertile.

The tines on our aerator are specially engineered to ensure the cores don't get stuck in the tines and end up not pulling cores but rather just driving a spike into the ground as some tines do.
We always operate our Aerator Machine with the proper 72 lb removable weights attached to the machine to insure maximum core depth in comparison to some competition who would run over your lawn without the proper weights installed!
Unlike most companies we Aerate before Power Raking, this allows the Power Rake to break apart all those dirty little cores, returning the now loose soil back into the lawn, not only making the lawn look better, but also improving the health of your grass!

Power Rake, Cut & Trim
Power Raking, or Dethatching as it's sometimes called is an intense raking performed by a machine in order to remove the dead layer of grass (thatch) which builds up during the growing season (spring & summer). Best performed in the spring before the grass really starts to grow. This will give your grass a fresh start to grow without being choked out by a thick layer of dead grass from previous seasons.
Why choose us to Power Rake?
Our Power Raking Service consists of first thoroughly going over your lawn with a Power Rake (set at an appropriate height, and making sure to overlap each pass). We don't just run over the lawn with the Power Rake like some of our competitors do (Power Raking must be done at a steady pace and not too fast or the Power Rake won't have a chance to do it's job.) After this we will rake up the loose grass with a hand rake and load it onto our truck to be taken to a compost facility. No debris are left behind! To finish the job we give your yard a cut & trim! This helps pick up loose grass that the hand rake left behind which results in a much better finished product!

Fertilizer can help provide your grass with the nutrients it needs to grow and maintain it's deep green color without needing to be watered as often. Help your grass get up and growing faster in the spring with fertilizer, as well as maintain growth and color during the heat of summer. When fall arrives we can give your grass the nutrients it needs to put down healthy roots to endure the winter with fall fertilizer!

You can pick & choose when you would like to have your lawn fertilized, no need to sign up for a seasonal plan.

Overseeding
Overseeding
Overseeding is used to thicken your lawn and help repair bald or dead spots in your grass. Spring and fall provide the ideal temperatures and moisture levels for planting grass seed. Overseeding is best done after Power Raking to maximize seed to soil contact.
